Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has ordered superintendent Adiala jail for preparation of video link in connection with appearance of PTI founder Imran Khan in GHQ attack case.
GHQ attack case came up for hearing before judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC here Wednesday. However trial of the case could not take place. Later the accused Sheikh Rashid, Seemabia Tahir and others returned after marking the attendance.
Video link could not become on during the hearing of the case Wednesday.
Defence counsels filed petition seeking court's orders for arranging their immediate meeting with Imran Khan.
Counsel Faisal Malik took the plea consultation with the client Imran Khan in regard to case is must.
The investigation officer told the court the witness of the case is on duty in cricket stadium.
The court while summoning the witnesses adjourned the hearing of the case till December 03.
The court remarked the next hearing will be held on video link whatsapp call.
