Karachi: Court of Senior civil judge East has announced a major decision against K-Electric.Senior civil judge Ambreen Jamal while issuing decree ordered K-Electric authorities to pay damage of Rs 1.93 crore to the family members of child Azan 6 who had died due to electric current.According to Usman Farooq advocate the minor child Azan had lost life due to electric current during rains in 2017.Damage suit was filed against K-Electric upon it.Advocate Usman Farooq said the negligence of K-Electric is very evident in the incident. K-Electric guard failed in erecting wire.He said court declared out claim to damage correct.
