KARACHI: Local court of Karachi has ordered Pakistan Railway to pay over Rs 10 million in damages.The court issued these orders in the case in connection with payment of damages filed by family members of one Javed Iqbal who died in train accident.The court issued this order under fatal incident act 1855.It may be mentioned that a clash took place between Millat and Sirsyed express near Dharki. Over 50 persons were killed in this accident.The family members of one Javed Iqbal who died in the incident had resorted to local court of Karachi for payment of damage.
