RAWALPINDI: Additional District and Sessions Judge Khalid Bashir has ordered to include non -bailable clauses in the case against bride groom for contracting second marriage by showing him bachelor.The court issued this order on the petition of affected woman.One woman Neelam Amin had resorted to court for registration of case. She had prayed the court case be registered against the accused under sections, 495, 420, 177 and 463 of Pakistan Penal Code.During the hearing of the case the report filed in the court by SP Investigation Rawalpindi in reply to woman petition declared it family matter.The report said the clauses mentioned in the petition are not understandable.The court maintained as the accused showed him bachelor in Nikah Nama and this way he gave wrong statement and practiced deceit and cheat in second marriage, Documentary evidences are there in this regard. The allegation of fraud is proved although some allegations are not understandable.The court ordered SHO Sadiq Abad to record st atement of the woman under section 184 and register case by initiating proceedings as per law.
