Court reserves judgment on bail before arrest plea of accused in the case of chopping ears of female donkey

RAWALPINDI: Following the completion of hearing Additional District and Sessions judge Rawalpindi Nadia Ikram Malik has reserved judgment on bail before arrest plea of the accused nominated in the case of chopping ears of female donkey.The court has extended interim bail of the accused till July 5.The accused had filed bail before plea through Syed Masood Ul Hassan Shah and Syed Najaf ul HassanThe counsels for the petitioner took the plea their client has been nominated in baseless case. While the petitioner is not involved in this case in any way nor are the evidences available against him. The investigation of the case has been completed. The clause imposed in the case is bail-able. Therefore, the bail plea of the accused be accepted.The court reserved the judgment after hearing the arguments of the lawyers of the respondents.The decision is likely to be announced on July 05.Rawat police had registered the case on June 17 on the report of Tanvir Hussain, owner of female donkey.
