Karachi: Additional District and Sessions Court Karachi has reserved judgment following the completion of arguments from the lawyers of the respondents in Anchor Murid Abbas and Khizar Hayat murder case. As per media report, the decision of the case is likely to be announced on July 9.

The major accused in the case Atif Zaman is in jail under judicial custody. The co-accused Adil Zaman had fled following rejection of bail plea by Supreme Court. Trial court has already declared him proclaimed offender. It is pertinent to mention here Anchor Murid Abbas and Khizar Hayat were gunned down on July 9, 2019.
