Court reserves judgment on petition seeking registration of case against Trump, Natan Yahoo, Modi, Hibat Ullah Akhundzada.

Karachi: The court in Karachi has reserved judgment on the petition seeking registration of case against US president Donald Trump, Israeli Prime Minister (PM) Natan Yahoo, Indian PM Narendar Modi and Babat Ullah Akhundzada.

Additional District and Sessions Judge West Syed Ahmad Yusuf took up for hearing the petition in connection with registration of case against US president Donald Trump, Israeli Prime Minister (PM) Netanyahu, Indian PM Narendra Modi and Hibatullah Akhundzada.

The court reserved judgment after hearing arguments of Jaffar Abbas Jaffri, counsel for the petitioner and police report.

The counsel for the petitioner took the plea application was filed twice in the police station but it was not received. Police be ordered to receive the application and record the statements.

The counsel said this offence is liable for conviction under section 125 of the PPC. This war is affecting millions of people of Pakistan. If terrorism occurs in neighborhood then legal proceedings against it is possible.

The court inquired are those against whom application has been filed Pakistanis and they are present in Pakistan. The petition against international heads of states is not maintainable. Satisfy the court how can the PPC be applied to the citizen of other country.

The court remarked you should go to International court of justice and make such request therein.

The counsel replied only government can approach International court of justice. Millions of people of Pakistan are worried due to this war.

It was said in docket police report filed in the court the lawyers want to get register case against heads of foreign countries. There is no such evidence that foreign heads of states have committed any terrorism in our area. Therefore, case cannot be registered on this application.
