ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has summoned Azam Khan former principal secretary , Pervez Khattak former defence minister, Zubaida Jalal former federal minister and Patwari Gauhar Abbas as witnesses in 190 million pounds case.190 million pounds case against PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi came up for hearing before judge Muhammad Ali Warraich of AC in Adiala jail Friday.PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were presented in the court.Amjid Pervaiz, Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi and legal team of NAB appeared in the court.Defence counsels including Usman Gill, Zahir Abbas Chaudhry appeared on behalf of the accused.The court issued notice to former principal secretary Azam Khan, former defence minister Azam Khattak, Zubaida Jalal and Gauhar Abbas patwari Bani Gala for appearing as witness.Cross questioning of 3 witnesses of reference was completed during the hearing of the case.The cross examination on evidence of 30 prosecution witnesses has been completed.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 10.
