Faisalabad: Court has summoned PTI central leader Omar Ayub for issuing contemptuous statement against Anti Terrorism Court (ATC).

The ATC Faisalabad had announced 10 years Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) each to Omar Ayub and others in May 9 case.

Upon it Omar Ayub had issued an insulting statement against ATC on social media.

The court took notice of it and issued notice to him by initiating contempt of court proceedings.

City police officer Faisalabad has been ordered to present Omar Ayub in the court on August 18.
