Islamabad: Special judge Humayun Dilawar has summoned PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi on September 16 in Toshakhana-2 case.

Special judge Humayun Dilawar took up Toshakhana-2 case for hearing Tuesday.

Suleman Safdar counsel for Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi appeared in the court.

Judge Humayun Dilawar said this case has been sent to special judge central court No-1. I am fixing this case on September 16.

The court ordered PTI founder and Bushra Bibi to appear in the court on September 16.

Counsel Suleman Safdar said ” I want to put some pleas.

The learned judge remarked I am adjourning the hearing till September 16.

Suleman Safdar it looked good to me that you would have heard my pleas. Toshakhana case is of same nature. The accused too are PTI founder and Bushra Bibi .

Judge Hummayun Dilawar said I have no interest in this case. Special judge central will hear this case.

He adjourned the hearing of the case till September 16.

The court issued call up notice to Imran Khan and Bush
ra Bibi besides ordering them to appear on September 16.
