Bannu: Judicial Magistrate (JM) Bannu has issued arrest warrants of special judge Humayun Dilawar in state land grabbing case.JM Bannu issued arrest warrants of special judge FIA court Islamabad Humayun Dilawar and others in illegal occupation of state land case.Anti corruption department obtained arrest warrants of Humayun Dilawar, his brother Sadiq Dilawar and father Dilawar Khan from court.According to case the accused shifted the land in their name through fake entry in court's decision and included land in housing society. This caused loss of millions of rupees to national kitty.According to Musaddaq Abbasi special advisor on corruption to chief minister Punjab judge Humayun Dilawar, his brother and father are involved in forgery and making fake documents of land. Judge Humayun Dilawar shifted land worth two and half billion rupees to his and his brother name. Its evidence are available.He said case against senior judge Humayum Dilawar has been sent to chief justice Islamabad high court and registrar Islamabad high court. Complaint against judge Humayun Dilawar is being lodged in Supreme Judicial Council (SJC).
