Court to announce judgment on bail pleas of PTI founder in 6 cases , Bushra Bibi in one case on November 18

Islamabad: District and Sessions court Islamabad will announce decision in respect of bail pleas of PTI founder in six cases and of Bushra Bibi in one case on November 18.Earlier the judgment was reserved, The court has said that the decision will be announced on November 18.During the hearing of the case Bushra Bibi came on rostrum and said she is victim of injustice of judges sitting on chair of justice since 9 months. Is not he human being who is sitting inside. Is not he visible to any judge. I will not now come to this court. Here only injustices are done.Bushra Bibi wept in court room.Bushra Bibi said her blanket and other luggage is in the vehicle. I am ready to go jail when you say. All lawyers including my lawyers only waste time.Additional sessions judge Afzal Majoka heard the bail pleas in Islamabad district and sessions court Monday.Judge remarked PTI founder was to appear through video link. Central jail authorities be directed to present PTI founder through video link.Coun sel Suleman Safdar said PTI founder will be presented through video links only if court issues stern orders. There are five accused in the case including PTI founder , Bushra Bibi, Shahzad Akbar and Farah. Only two accused are on bail while the remaining are not on bail. The allegation was leveled the accused committed fraud and gave fake receipts.Judge Afzal Majoka inquired what investigation you conducted during one and half year. Actual prosecutors have run away where.Prosecutor said they are in anti terrorism court at present.Judge Afzal Majoka remarked the allegation from police is not satisfying. Bring here the reply given by election commission to the letter written to it.Suleman Safdar said PTI founder is not presented through video link because video link is defective. Bushra Bibi is present here today. Give decision to the extent of Bushra Bibi.Earlier the judgment on bail pleas was reserved.The court will announce decision in regard to bail pleas of Imran Khan in 6 cases and Bu shra Bibi in one case on November 18.
