Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while ordering SHO Kohsar Police to make investigations into recovery case of Intezar Pajutha has wrapped up the petition regarding recovery of focal person of Imran Khan.The Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq remarked law and order situation in Islamabad is worst and there is need to do something. Karachi like situation prevails in Islamabad too. Extortion money chits have come to my own acquaintances. There should be freedom of expression in a civilized society. Why the missing persons incidents are taking place. If we take it as kidnapping for ransom even then such incidents should be curbed.CJ IHC gave these remarks during hearing of Intezar Panjutha recovery case Monday.The court directed SHO to contact Intezar Panjutha in a day or two and record his statement. You can go ahead in the proceedings as per law.The CJ IHC Aamer Farooq remarked such thing should not have taken place in a civilized society.During the hearing of the case Ali Bokhari a dvocate said a day before call from IG was received and he told recovery has been made. I took him from Kohsar police station and his condition was not good. I cannot tell what was that moment when I saw him. This incident can happen with any one in future. We should see this matter. Intezar Panjhtha still is in Lahore.The CJ IHC remarked the mental and physical condition of recovered lawyer is not as such .
