Court to hear acquittal pleas of PTI founder , Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case on Nov 5

Rawalpindi: Special judge central Shah Rukh Arjumand has once against adjourned indictment of PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi till November 05 in Toshakhana-2 reference.The lawyers filed acquittal pleas of both of the accused.The court has issued notice to respondents on acquittal pleas of the accused persons. The lawyers will give arguments on the petitions on next date.Former chairman PTI was presented in the court during the hearing of the case in Adiala jail . The co-accused Bushra Bibi too came in Adiala jail in connection with hearing of the case.Suleman Akram Raja, Suleman Safdar and Usman Gul counsels for the accused filed their power of attorney in the court.The accused were to be indicted but the lawyers filed acquittal pleas of both the accused in the court.Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi, counsel for FIA while opposing the acquittal pleas said indictment is not being allowed to be framed deliberately. Filing acquittal plea does not mean that hearing on the case could not take place.The co urt however issued notice to the respondents and adjourned the hearing till November 5.The court will hear the acquittal pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi on November 5.The court adjourned the hearing till November 05.
