Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has decided to uphold non bailable arrest warrants of KP Chief Minister (CM) Sohail Afridi in the case of damaging the credibility of institutions against him.
The decision was made due to absence of Sohail Afrdi.
The court ordered to arrest and present Sohail Afridi .
No further progress could be made due to non availability of senior civil judge Abbas Shah.
The court adjourned hearing of the case till July 21.
It is pertinent to mention here NCCIA has already registered case against Sohail Afridi under PECA act.
