Lahore: Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of Lahore High Court (LHC) has remarked the daughter will neither be forced to meet her father in LHC nor her arrest warrants will be issued on her refusal.

During the hearing of the petition against the schedule of the meeting the court rejected the plea seeking suspension of trial court decision.

The court issued notice to the respondents besides seeking reply from them.

The petition filed by mother came up for hearing before justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani.

During the hearing of the case the girl Zainab, 15 was called on rostrum and her stance was taken.

The girl said in clear terms she does not want to meet her father because her father had divorced her mother 10 years before and her mother had brought up her.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani advised to girl to consider it to meet her father once. However she remained stuck to her stance.

The court remarked the girl will not be forced for meeting and her arrest warrants will also be not issued.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till May 16.
