Decision taken to set up sacrificial animal markets in 5 areas of Islamabad

Islamabad: Decision has been taken to set up sacrificial animals markets in 5 areas of Islamabad on the eve of Eid ul Azha.

It was said in a meeting held under Deputy Commissioner Islamabad with reference to Eid ul Azha.

Sale or purchase of animals will not be allowed any where except the sacrificial animals markets.

The review meeting held under deputy commissioner Irfan Nawaz Memon was attended by assistant commissioners, director DMA as well.

It was told in the briefing that sacrificial animals markets will be set up at five venues.

The markets will be set up in Sangjani, sector I-15, Bhara Kahu, Lehtrar road and Islamabad Expressway.

Deputy Commissioner Islamabad said the sale and purchase of the animals will not be allowed any where else than the animal markets.

Crackdown will be launched against any illegal market to be established in the city.
