Islamabad: Decision has been taken to summon National Assembly (NA) session on September 29.
As per sources summary has been sent by ministry of parliamentary affairs to Prime Minister (PM) to summon NA.
It has been proposed in the summary to summon NA session at 5 p.m
The sources further said the members of NA will be taken on board during session regarding defence agreement between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Government will take NA into confidence on defence pact between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Defence minister Khawaja Asif will give policy statement in this regard.
Sources said NA session will continue for two weeks.
The routine government agenda will come under discussion in the session. Different bills will be presented for legislation. The reports of standing committees will also be presented.
