Karachi: The case regarding violence on citizen in the area of Defence came up for hearing in City Court Karachi.

Police filed the report in the court seeking abolition of case.

The court while making C Class report of police part of record wrapped up case.

The report filed by police said the victim Dheeraj has expressed desire for not initiating further proceedings in the case.

As per report the youth has said this case was registered due to a misperception and he wants to drop it now.

This case was registered in connection with violence on citizen in Defence.

It is pertinent to mention here following the collision of motor cycle and car, one influential person Suleman who was travelling in car tortured and subjected motorcyclist to violence.

Sister of the motorcyclist who was sitting on motorcycle supplicated the influential person. But he did not feel any pity.

This incident had come to light through video which went viral on social media.
