Lahore: A big delegation of Sikh pilgrims from around the world visited Jamaat-e-Islami's central camp at Minar-e-Pakistan. The members of Jamaat-e-Islami warmly and enthusiastically welcomed the Sikh pilgrims. The pilgrims expressed their gratitude for the love and heartfelt reception extended by the people of Pakistan.Jamaat-e-Islami's Naib Emir Liaqat Baloch, welcomed the Sikh delegation to the central camp of the Jamaat-e-Islami's Ijtima-e-Aam and said that all minorities in Pakistan are safe and that the basic human rights of all citizens are fully protected. He emphasized that instead of conflicts between religions, the spirit of mutual respect, tolerance, and humanity should be strengthened.The Sikh men, women, and youth guests appreciated the hospitality and warm welcome they received in Pakistan and said that the false propaganda against Pakistan in India and Europe had been exposed. They added that the abundance of love among the people of Pakistan is a great human strength.Naib Emir Jamaat-e -Islami and organizer of the Ijtima-e-Aam, Liaqat Baloch, while speaking to administrative committees and media representatives, said that the bomb blasts and acts of terrorism in Islamabad and Delhi are part of the same mastermind's evil game.
