Despite passage of 75 years, Chief Justice is holding English book in his hands & English system still exists in country: Sirajul Haq

KHAIRPUR: Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq has said that despite the passage of 75 years, Chief Justice is holding English book in his hands and English system still exists in the country.

Sirajul Haq said this while addressing a gathering at Satharja area of district Khairpur on Saturday, ahead of offering funeral prayers of old worker of Jamaat-e-Islami and father of provincial naib emir Mumtaz Hussain Sehto, Lal Muhammad Sehto.

Sirajul Haq said that riba was declared illegitimate (haram) and war against Almighty Allah and His Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) but self-centered ruling class is stick to breach His commandments by continuing riba system which results into inflation, unemployment, rash rainfalls and natural calamities whereas Jammat-e-Islami is putting its endeavours to enforce Islamic system in the country.

He said that everyone who passes away conveys a message to other human beings that each soul has to taste death. While appreciating the departed soul, Sirajul Haq said that he devoted all his life for the sake of will of Allah Almighty. “Life is too short and we all have to be presented before Almighty Allah on the Day of Judgment,” he added.

Among those who attended the funeral prayers included Jamaat-e-Islami central naib emir Asadullah Bhutto Advocate, provincial naib emir Professor Nizamuddin Memon, Hafiz Nasrullah, General Secretary Kashif Saeed Sheikh, workers of Jamiat and Jamaat-e-Islami, dignitaries of the area and relatives of the deceased in large numbers.
