Islamabad: Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi of Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has remarked don't make the court political arena and come here after reading 27th constitutional amendment.

The case related to sacking of employees of Utility Stores Corporation (USC) came up for hearing before Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi Wednesday.

The court gave time to Muzammal Rafiq, a sacked sales man of USC, for preparation.

During the hearing of the case justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi remarked the FCC be not made political ring. You withdrew intra court appeal against sacking from Lahore High Court.

The petitioner Muzammal Rafiq took the plea the court advised him to withdraw the intra court appeal.

12000 employees were sacked.
