Islamabad: Pakistan Navy Ship TABUK, while deployed on Regional Maritime Security Patrol (RMSP) and operating in support of the Saudi-led Combined Task Force 150 (CTF-150) under Headquarters Combined Maritime Forces (CMF), successfully intercepted a suspicious stateless dhow in the Arabian Sea, leading to a major counter-narcotics operation.

According to the Directorate General Public Relations (Navy), PNS TABUK conducted a thorough search of the vessel, resulting in the seizure of more than 2,000 kilograms of methamphetamine (ICE). The apprehended narcotics carry an estimated regional wholesale value of 130 million US dollars.

This marks the third consecutive successful narcotics interdiction by Pakistan Navy ships within the past two months. These achievements reflect Pakistan Navy's firm resolve and unwavering commitment to curbing illicit trafficking at sea. The scale and precision of the operation not only demonstrate the professionalism of Pakistan Navy personnel but also highlight the effectiveness of multinational cooperation under the CMF framework.
