Karachi: Chairperson of the Global Aafia Movement, Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui, met with Governor Sindh Nehal Hashmi in connection with the ongoing efforts for the release of her sister and daughter of the nation, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui.The meeting held at the Governor House took place in a very cordial atmosphere. The purpose of the meeting was to apprise the Governor of Sindh about the ongoing efforts and recent developments regarding the release of the daughter of the nation, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui.Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui expressed hope that the Governor Sindh would extend his support for the release of Dr. Aafia. It is pertinent to mention that in the past, the role of Governor Sindh Nehal Hashmi in the matter of Dr. Aafia's release has been very active and enthusiastic. Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui is continuing her efforts at the global level for the repatriation of her sister, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui.
