Drug case against Anmol Pinky: Decision on bail plea of the facilitators of Pinky postponed

Karachi: The court has postponed the decision on the bail pleas of facilitators of drug dealer Anmol Pinky. The drug case registered against Anmol Pinky in Garden police station came up for hearing in Sessions court South. The court adjourned the decision regarding bail plea of facilitators of drug dealer Anmol Pinky. The decision has been postponed till tomorrow being the judge on leave. Earlier bail plea was filed by accused Sohail ur Rehman and Zeeshan in a case.

The defence counsel took the plea that the accused have no connectivity with this act of Anmol Pinky.

According to police case against the accused persons is registered in police station Garden. The police has filed interim challan in the court in murder case against Anmol Pinky. Plaintiff of the case, ambulance driver and police man who registered FIR have been made witnesses in interim challan.

Deputy District Public Prosecutor had pointed out grave mistakes in interim challan. It is pertinent to mention here body of some unknown person was found in the area of Baghdadi on April 7 and there was doubt that the victim used to get drugs from Anmol Pinky. According to police he had died due to use of drugs.
