Karachi: Epilepsy Foundation Pakistan President and noted neurophysician of the country Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui has said that patients could live a good life if diagnosed and treated early.

Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui was talking to patients and their families at a monthly free medical camp organized by her organization in collaboration with Helix Pharma here to assist the epilepsy patients who couldn't afford their treatment.

She said that if any person at their home experiences any neurological issue like stroke, tremors, psychological symptoms or fits of epilepsy, they should immediately consult with an experienced neurophysician.

Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui said these diseases are treatable and if the patients are diagnosed and treated early, they could live a quality life.

This free medical is held every month on the first Monday where the patients are given free consultation and medicines besides every possible assistant in their medical tests.
