Swat: Earth quake tremors were felt in Swat and surrounding areas. According to Siesmic centre earth quake measured 5 on Richter scale. The depth of the quake was 224 kilometers under ground while its epicenter was Hindu Kush mountain range.

As per media report, the quake caused panic among the people and they came out of their homes.

No loss to life or property has been reported so far.

It is pertinent to mention here the tremors were felt in Swat and surrounding areas a day before too. The intensity of the quake was recorded 4.3 on Richter scale while its depth was 104 kilometers.
