London: Law minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said new provinces can be created with two thirds majority when parliament and provincial assemblies want to do so.

He said this while talking to media men here in London.

He held Prime Minister (PM) have extended invitation to opposition several times for dialogue. The major problem in Azad Kashmir was holding election therein.

He remarked election in Azad Kashmir was held in peaceful and transparent manner.
