Quetta : Central leader of Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) and former Provincial Minister Dr. Ruqiyyah Saeed Hashmi has expressed regret over the martyrdom of security forces personnel in the attacks of terrorists in Shirani and Kech and said that the elements involved in the attack on the check posts of the security forces are also not eligible for discount, strict action should be taken against them.

In a statement issued here, Dr. Ruqiyyah Saeed Hashmi said that the martyrdom of FC and police personnel in the terrorist attack on the FC check post in Shirani is brutal act of terrorism and it should be condemned at all forums.

She said that the terrorists are targeting the innocent security forces personnel to achieve their nefarious goals which cannot be good for the country and the nation in any way.

Paying homage to FC Major Saqib Hussain and Naik Baqir Ali, who lost their lives in the encounter with terrorists in Kech district, she said that the FC personnel sacrificed their lives for the defense of the country and the protection of the lives and property of the people.

She said that the terrorist elements want to create chaos and instability in the country by targeting the personnel of the security forces, but the people of Pakistan are standing by the side of their security forces and will thwart any conspiracy against the country.

Dr Ruqqiyah Hashmi further said that the security forces personnel who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the country's borders and the protection of the lives and property of the people are our national heroes whose sacrifices will not go in vain, God willing, and the activities of terrorists will be completely eradicated from the country soon.

Dr. Ruqqiyah Saeed Hashmi offered condolences to the families of the officers who were martyred in the terrorist attack and prayed for the elevation of their ranks.
