Islamabad: Division bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) constituted to hear the case against NAB reference on the matter related to embezzlement of land in sector E-11 in Islamabad stands dissolved.

Justice Inam Amin Minhas, member of bench has recused him from hearing the case.

According to sources Justice Inam Amin Minhas has remained counsel of the petitioner of this case in the past. Therefore, he recused from hearing the case to avoid clash of interest.

The case was to be heard by bench comprising Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and justice Inam Amin Minhas.

Following the dissolution of bench case file has been sent to acting Chief Justice of IHC for formation of new bench.

The case will be fixed for hearing again on formation of new bench.

It is pertinent to mention here NAB has filed reference in Accountability Court (AC) on charges of embezzlement of land in this case.
