PESHAWAR:The evidences in regard to alleged financial irregularities against former Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi have been obtained, says media report.

As per a private tv report KP government sources have said arrest warrants of Sohail Afridi have been issued too , however, he has not been arrested so far.

It has been told in the report with reference to provincial government Sohail Afridi is in protective custody and safe hands at present.

According to authorities he is being taken care of and on the other hand investigations into financial irregularities' against him are under way.

According to government record from all respective government departments has been sought in this regard. The cases which will come to light following completion of elementary inquiry will be handed over to NAB and Anti Corruption so that further action could be taken.

Mention has been made about alleged corruption in Sehat Card project and administrative irregularities in the government statement.

The authorities have said different matters are being reviewed in this respect and the relevant record is being collected for investigation.
