Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has dismissed Imran Khan review petition against judge Humauyun Dilawar Khan on the matter of face book post.

Justice Azam Khan dismissed the petition being not contested.

Justice Humauyun Dilawar had announced sentence to Imran Khan in Toshakhana criminal case of Election Commission.

PTI founder had filed petition in 2023 in regard to face book posts of Judge Humauyun Dilawar.

According to petition filed by Imran Khan judge had placed posts against him on face book.

It was said in the petition judge is prejudiced against Imran Khan, therefore, the decision be reviewed.
