Islamabad: FBR has decided to take action against non-filers social media influencers.

According FBR sources its social media team has collected data of one lac people having affluent life style.

The income and expenses of those roaming in most expensive cars and showing off wealth on social media are being reviewed.

As per FBR those spending massive wealth on marriages will also come under action. Suits costing 20000 dollars are being used in marriages. Those who are not indicating their royal life styles will also come under grip.

FBR said it will make comparison of the income tax returns of last year with this year's returns. 80 percent income tax returns will be audited. Those showing off wealth will have to inform about sources of income through tax returns.

FBR said action will be taken against those who don't show the increase made in their wealth in the year in tax returns. Such people should update their tax returns to avoid legal proceedings.
