Islamabad: FIA has challenged high court decision in regard to bail of Bushra Bibi in Supreme Court (SC).FIA requested the court to declare decision of Islamabad High Court (IHC) regarding bail of Bushra Bibi null and void.The petition said one judge of high court granted bail in chamber. The principles set by SC have not been kept in view.The case of prosecution is this Bushra Bibi is involved with his husband.The petition said High Court while granting bail did not keep in view this prosecution has these evidence that Bulgari jewelry set was not deposited in toshakhana.SC has set this principal in a decision if some one has any criminal record despite being woman one cannot be granted bail. Bail cannot be granted to any one on the basis that one has remained in jail for 263 days.It is requested that October 23 decision of IHC be declared null and void and bail be canceled.
