Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has dismissed the bail plea of government officers of KP government who are involved in propaganda against Judge Hummayun Dilawar.The bail before arrest plea of KP government officers nominated in propaganda campaign against Judge Hummayun Dilawar came up for hearing in the court.The accused did not appear in the court and the court dismissed the bail before arrest plea of these officers being not persuaded.The bail plea of Muhammad Musaddaq Abbasi special assistant to KP Chief Minister (CM) for anti corruption was also dismissed.However accused Siddique Anjum appeared in the court along with his counsel Niaz Ullah Niazi .The court approved interim bail of Siddique Anjum against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 20000 till November 11.Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Abbas Shah has approved physical remand of arrested assistant director anti corruption Umar Siddique. .Assistant director anti corruption who was arrested in launching propaganda against judg e Hummayun Dilawar was presented in the court .The investigation officer said the accused Umar Siddique had made the video viral on social media. 7 days physical remand be approved to arrest the co-accused.The accused Umar Siddique said in his defence I am assistant director Adman in anti corruption circle , I have not made any video viral. Favor was seeking from me therefore, I was made accused. The one who made copy of case viral , FIA got his bail approved.Senior civil judge Muhammad Abbas Shah while approving 4 days physical remand, handed over him to FIA.
