IHC issues written order on bail plea of Imran Khan in Toshakhana-2 case

Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued written order on the bail plea of PTI founder Imran Khan in Toshakhana-2 case.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb of IHC issued written order.The court directed to fix bail plea of Imran Khan for hearing on November 4.According to written order office raised objection on bail plea that power of attorney is old. The lawyer has been empowered to file bail after arrest plea in the power of attorney.The order issued by IHC said the objection of office on bail plea of Imran Khan is removed.The objection that order of trial court on rejection of bail is not attested was also raised.The court said the counsel for Imran Khan presented the attested copy of trial court in the court. Copy of trial court be filed in respective office. Number be marked on the petition and it be fixed for hearing on Monday.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the bail plea.Counsels Ayesha Khalid, Shahina Shahab and other counsels appeared on behalf of Imran Khan.The court r emoved the objections of registrar office after hearing the arguments besides directing for fixing the petition for hearing on Monday.
