Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has expressed resentment over non completion of inquiry against former president Arif Alvi in the case of freezing bank accounts of former president and his family members.

The court inquired from the investigation officer what transaction he has caught and what evidence he has obtained. Why the inquiry is running when president enjoys immunity as per law.

The court while summoning Director General (DG) NCCIA on next hearing has adjourned hearing of the case.

Accounting to counsel for petitioner the income earned from the clinic of former president comes in account which he cannot use. 6 accounts of family members have been closed and due to it they cannot draw amount to meet daily expenses.
