Gold prices rise by Rs300 per tola; silver records decline in domestic market

Karachi: Gold prices increased in Pakistan on Saturday, while silver prices registered a decline in both domestic and international markets.

According to market data, the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs300 per tola, reaching Rs427,736.

The price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs257 to Rs366,714.

In the international market, gold gained $3 per ounce to settle at $4,053 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices declined by Rs12 per tola, bringing the domestic rate down to Rs6,297. The price of 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs10 to Rs5,398. In the global market, silver was trading at $58.18 per ounce.
