Islamabad: Government has accepted proposals of Maulana Fazlur Rehman on the matter of constitutional amendments.According to parliamentary sources decision has been taken to summon session of both of the houses of parliament after SCO summit conference.Maulana Fazlur Rehman will hand over his draft on constitutional amendments to government team within two or three days.Legal team of PPP and PML-N will share their draft with JUI-F.Maulana Fazlur Rehman has shown his conditional willingness on the establishment of constitutional court. Amendments on the procedure of appointment of judges and other matters will be brought later.In the first phase amendment will be brought regarding formation of constitutional court and appointment and powers of its judges.
