PTI founder, Ali Amin Gandapur others nominated in murder case of constable Abdul Hamid Shah

Islamabad: The murder case of constable Abdul Hamid Shah who was allegedly killed due to violence of PTI workers has been registered in Police station Noon.In the case PTI founder, Ali Amin Gandapur and Azam Swati have been nominated . About 500 unknown persons including Barrister Saif, Umar Ayoub and Aamir Mughal have been nominated in the case.12 clauses including murder, attempt to murder, kidnapping and terrorism have been included in the case.According to FIR Aamir Mughal caught constable Abdul Hamid along with the participants forcibly. Abdul Hamid was subjected to torture with sticks and stones.Aamir Mughal and his associates while firing on police kidnapped Abdul Hamid. The accused left Abdul Hamid unconscious in injured condition on Budhana link road and fled. Abdul Hamid was shifted to PIMS in injured condition where he breathed his last.
