Islamabad: Government has filed review petition again against the decision of shifting PTI founder Imran Khan to hospital. New miscellaneous review petition has been filed by chief commissioner Islamabad after removing registrar office objections. The petition is likely to be heard on Monday.

The petition said loop hole is there in court's decision for shifting Imran Khan to hospital . Jail rules were ignored in the decision. We were not made respondent in central case. It was prayed that the miscellaneous petition be approved and August 18 decision be reviewed.
