Islamabad: Government has banned flying drones.

As per media reports, the interior ministry has said no commercial and private drone will be flown in the country.

According to notification issued by district magistrate Islamabad the decision to impose ban on flying drones has been taken in view of security concerns.

Strict legal action will be initiated on flying drone.

KP government has directed the area be besieged forthwith on recovery of suspicious drone or equipment. Bomb disposal unit or trained staff will handle suspicious material.

Balochistan government has said decision has been taken in view of the concerns regarding disruption in law and order situation.

Section 144 has been slapped in Dera Ghazi Khan and Neelum due to security concerns and ban has been imposed on drone cameras.
