Grand Reception Held in Honour of Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan by Karachi Business Leaders

Islamabad: A grand and distinguished reception was hosted in honour of Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan by renowned Karachi-based businessmen and investors Aqeel Karim Dhedhi and Ahmed Chinoy. The event brought together leading figures from Pakistan's business and investment community, who engaged in detailed discussions on the national economic outlook, trade and investment opportunities, and ongoing government reforms. Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan attended as the chief guest.

Addressing the gathering, Syedal Khan stated that the government is taking comprehensive and effective measures to ensure economic stability, promote trade, and enhance investment. He noted that prudent policies, strategic decisions, and transparent economic initiatives are contributing to a steady national recovery.

He paid special tribute to President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Asim Munir, and other national stakeholders for their tireless efforts and coordinated economic strategies. He said Pakistan is emerging from difficult economic conditions due to these aligned efforts.

Syedal Khan emphasized that signs of economic stability are becoming more visible domestically while Pakistan's global credibility is also being restored. He remarked that international partners-particularly the United States-recognize the vision of Pakistan's leadership and the professional capabilities of Field Marshal Asim Munir. He said several important international investment developments are underway, resulting in agreements with various countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and China.

Business leaders at the event expressed full confidence in the government's economic agenda and reaffirmed their support for Pakistan's development and stability.

Syedal Khan reiterated that creating a conducive business environment for traders, investors, and industrialists remains a top government priority. He expressed optimism that Pakistan will soon join the ranks of developed nations through collective national efforts.

The reception was attended by Federal Minister for Investment Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh, President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce Sardar Tahir Mehmood, National Coordinator to the Prime Minister Sardar Yasir Ilyas, along with leading investors, industrialists, and corporate sector representatives.
