ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has sought details from Attorney General (AG) on the plea by Hafiz Ullah Niazi in connection with recovery of his missing son.The court adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period Wednesday.Thr appeal pleas agaisnt the decision of nullifying the trial of civilians in militry courts came up for hearing in SC Wednesday.A 6-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Amin ud Din came up for hearing Wednesday.During the hearing of the case Hafiz Ullah appeared in the court and told his son Ehsan Ullah Niazi is missing. No meeting is taking place with him. I cannot sleep at night. Meeting is not being arranged with his son.The court directed AG to ascertain the information about Hassan Niazi and inform the court thereof.
