Lahore: Hearing of appeal plea filed in Sessions Court Lahore against physical remand of Falak Javed was adjourned without proceedings Saturday being judge on leave.

Mian Ishfaq Ali counsel for Falak Javed has filed appeal taking the plea judicial magistrate approved physical remand of the accused against the facts.

According to counsel physical remand of the woman can be granted in cases like dacoity and murder.

The petitioner requested the court to nullify the decision of magistrate regarding physical remand.
