Islamabad: Hearing of bail plea of PTI founder Imran Khan in Toshakhana-2 case could not be held Tuesday.The hearing of bail plea of PTI founder was adjourned till November 20 without proceedings due to non availability of FIA prosecutor Umair Majid Malik.The bail plea came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb .The court has already issued notice to FIA and sought reply.It is pertinent to mention here special judge central had rejected bail plea of former chairman PTI Imran Khan while bail plea of Bushra Bibi has been approved in Toshakhana-2 case.NAB had arrested Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in a new reference of Toshakhana soon after they were granted bail in Iddat Nikah case on July 13.
