Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has adjourned till December 16 hearing of bail plea of PTI founder in 7 cases due to lawyers strike.
The court also adjourned hearing of petition for constitution of medical board for medical examination of former PTI chairman without any proceedings.
Counsel for former chairman PTI, legal team of lawyers led by Muhammad Faisal Malik AND special prosecutor Muhammad Zahir Shah were present in the court during the hearing of the case.
However court was told that Punjab Bar Council (PBC) has given call for strike due to murder of two senior lawyers in Punjab. Today is 6th day of strike.
The court adjourned till December 16 hearing of bail pleas and petition for constitution of medical board without proceedings.
It is pertinent to mention here judicial remand was given in respect of PTI founder after his arrest in 7 cases.
