Islamabad: Hearing of bail pleas of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha has taken dramatic turn in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad.

Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad while expressing resentment over police authorities for not presenting the record related to bail case of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha sought hand cuffs.

Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC Islamabad took up bail pleas of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha for hearing.

The judge of ATC expressed resentment over absence of investigating officer and summoned DSP in person.

The defence counsel Riasat Ali said he is ready to give arguments in details in the court.

Judge inquired where is investigating officer.

The court official told he is out of city.

Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain while expressing resentment said he is out of city where. Call the DSP. Verbal things will not be accepted.

The judge called security incharge besides seeking hand cuffs.

On appearance of DSP the judge inquired where is record of case.

DSP said according to his information the investigating officer is out of city. '

Upon it judge said how you came.. I don't like verbal things.

DSP said please give me some time I tell.

Judge said bring some thing on record., I will send you and SP to jail for six months.

Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain while expressing displeasure over DSP said " show me the proof. I will send you with uniform in jail for six months.

DSP said the investigating officer has gone to Gilgit-Balstistan .

DSP presented print of whatsapp copy in the court.

The court refused to take it.

Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain threw away the whatsapp copy to DSP and ordered to present original copy in the court.

The court while ordering DSP to stand in dock said to security incharge he should not let him go and arrest him when he decides . Ask the gate wala DSP should not go outside. There should be judicial force so that court could get implement its order immediately. Here system of 1898 and 1860 is running.
