Rawalpindi:Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has adjourned hearing of GHQ attack case against over 120 accused persons including former PTI chairman and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi till October 22 without any proceedings.

Faisal Malik counsel for former chairman PTI and prosecution team were present in the court during the hearing of the case.

However Awami Muslim League president Sheikh Rashid and other accused persons were allowed to go after marking their attendance and the hearing was adjourned without any proceedings till October 22.

It is pertinent to mention here over 120 accused persons including former chairman PTI, former chief minister KP Ali Amin Gandapur, former federal minister Sheikh Rashid , Shibli Faraz, Umar Ayub and Raja Basharat are nominated in this case.

Cross questioning of over 45 accused persons has been completed in GHQ attack case following their indictment.

The court has already issued order to present former chairman PTI through video link.
