Rawalpindi: Following the completion of the hearing, the court has reserved judgment on the petitions filed by Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan for registration of cases .
As per media reports, the hearing of the petitions filed by Aleema Khan seeking registration of cases was completed before Additional District and Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Thursday.
The court has reserved judgment on completion of hearing.
Aleema Khan has prayed for registration of cases on the matter of harassing PTI workers outside Adiala jail.
The hearing of the petition by Aleema Khan for registration of case against throwing egg outside Adiala jail was also completed.
The three sisters Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan and Noorin Khan reached Rawalpindi Kutchery.
They prayed the court through the petition to issue order for providing facilities to Imran Khan according to jail manual as per high court's order.
The orders issued by high court in connection with jail facilities be got implemented.
The petition said Aleema Khan , her sisters and PTI workers are arrested and they are left in isolated place. Any incident may occur due to leaving them in deserted place till late night. Therefore, orders be issued for restraining from doing so.
The petition further said orders be issued for ending isolation of Imran Khan in Adiala jail as per high court's decision.
